Do you accept exchanges?
Yes! If you want to swap an item for a different size or style, just reach out to us at info@nimane.com and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.

Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely. Every order ships for free, no minimums or extra conditions. We want receiving your items to be simple and worry-free.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can often make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at info@nimane.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Currently, we only ship within Ireland. This helps us focus on giving local customers the best experience. If we expand internationally, we’ll share updates with our community.

What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return items. Simply contact us at info@nimane.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little extra time to complete the transfer.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If more than 7 business days have passed and your order hasn’t reached you, contact us at info@nimane.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
